We take your data protection very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. Keep in mind that data transmission over the Internet can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
We do not collect any personal data (e.g. names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses) via our websites, unless you voluntarily provide us with such data (e.g. by e-mail, registration, survey) or have given your consent or the relevant legal provisions on the protection of your data permit this.
We generally use the personal data you provide in order to answer your inquiries, process your orders or provide you with access to certain information or offers. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b EU DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Communication or usage-related data
When you access our websites via telecommunications services, communication-related data (e.g. IP address) or use-related data (e.g. information on the start and duration of use and on the telecommunications services you use) are generated automatically by technical means. These may allow conclusions to be drawn about personal data. Insofar as the collection, processing and use of your communication- or use-related data is absolutely necessary, this is subject to the legal regulations on data protection.
Automatically collected non-personal data
When you access our websites, information is occasionally collected automatically (i.e. not via registration) that is not assigned to a specific person (e.g. Internet browser and operating system used; domain name of the website from which you came; number of visits; average dwell time; pages called up). We use this information to determine the attractiveness of our websites and to improve their performance and content.
Information that is automatically stored on your computer (e.g. "cookies")
When you visit one of our websites, we may store information in the form of a "cookie" on your computer, which automatically recognizes it the next time you visit. Cookies allow us, for example, to adapt a website to your interests or to save your password so that you do not have to re-enter it every time. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If you do not want us to recognize your computer, please set your Internet browser so that it deletes cookies from your computer hard disk, blocks all cookies or warns you before a cookie is stored.
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We use the "IP Anonymization Activation" function on this website. However, this will cause Google to reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Source: eRecht24
